Carefree Security & Blinds (the Company) is located at Unit 3/8-10 O'Shea Drive, Nerang 4211. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
All supply-only orders must be made through our website, with accurate information provided. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer. If you wish for us to measure the job, a $66 call-out fee will apply.
A deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance payable before delivery.
If you need to cancel your order:
Before manufacturing begins: Cancellation fees may be waived.
After manufacturing begins: A cancellation fee or the full amount will apply to cover materials and labor costs.
Manufacture may begin at any time after your order is placed. We will provide an estimated date for collection, but as soon as the order is placed, materials are ordered and cut to size. Therefore, we must charge a cancellation fee should you change your mind.
We provide the following warranties for supply-only products:
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.
To maintain your warranty, clean products every six months (every three months in coastal or industrial areas) using mild detergent and water. You can read more about security screen maintenance here.
